Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and Irish public holidays. During launches, promotions or busy seasonal periods, processing may take longer. You will receive a dispatch confirmation when your order leaves us.

Delivery areas and charges

Available delivery destinations, services and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Some fragrances may be subject to carrier restrictions, particularly for international or air transport. If we cannot deliver an item to your address, we will contact you and refund any affected amount.

Ireland delivery

Standard tracked delivery within Ireland is normally estimated at 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by the carrier, weather, peak periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, the tracking link will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout. Tracking can take time to update after dispatch.

Correct delivery details

Please check your name, delivery address, Eircode, telephone number and email address before placing your order. Contact info@scentivo.ie immediately if a correction is needed. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be payable by the customer where permitted by law.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel appears delayed, first check the tracking information. If it has not arrived within a reasonable period after the expected delivery window, contact info@scentivo.ie with your order number.

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the affected items before disposing of anything, then contact us promptly. We will assist you and provide any remedy required under applicable consumer law.

Failed delivery or unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because delivery was refused, the address was incorrect, or it was not collected, please contact us. Any refund or re-delivery charge will be assessed in line with the circumstances and applicable law.
