What is Scentivo?

Scentivo is an Ireland-based online perfume store, based in Navan, County Meath. We specialise in authentic Arabic perfumes and branded fragrances, with all orders dispatched from Ireland. Browse our full perfume collection.

Are your fragrances genuine?

Yes — we stock original branded fragrances only. We carry products from leading fragrance houses including Lattafa, Afnan, Armaf and others. Availability changes regularly, so check back often for new arrivals.

How do I choose the right fragrance?

Choosing a fragrance is personal, but here are a few tips to help:

Consider the occasion: Light, fresh scents suit daytime and warmer months; richer, deeper ouds and musks work well for evenings or cooler weather.
Know your preferred notes: Arabic perfumes often feature oud, rose, amber, musk and sandalwood. If you enjoy warm, long-lasting scents, these are a great starting point.

How can I make my fragrance last longer?

To improve fragrance longevity:

Apply to pulse points — wrists, neck, behind the ears and inner elbows.
Moisturise your skin first; fragrance clings better to hydrated skin.
Don't rub your wrists together after applying — this breaks down the scent molecules.
Store your perfume away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve the fragrance.
Arabic perfumes, particularly those with oud and amber bases, are known for excellent longevity and sillage.

Orders & Delivery

How long does it take to prepare my order?

Orders normally take 1–2 business days to prepare before dispatch.

How long does delivery take within Ireland?

Standard tracked delivery within Ireland is normally 2–5 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking notification by email when your tracking information is available.

Is there free shipping?

Yes — free shipping applies to orders over €99. All available delivery services and charges are displayed at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

International delivery destinations and charges are shown at checkout. Please note that fragrance transport restrictions may apply to certain destinations. Check at checkout for availability to your country.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to correct your delivery address. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

For most online purchases, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. After notifying us of your wish to return, you normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us. Please review our Returns and Refunds Policy for full details.

Can I return an opened fragrance?

Opened sealed fragrances and similar hygiene goods may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods, which remain fully protected.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're sorry if this has happened. Please report the issue promptly by contacting us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
