Returns and Refunds

We want you to shop with confidence at Scentivo.

Change-of-mind returns

For most online purchases, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To exercise this right, email info@scentivo.ie within that 14-day period, quoting your order number and clearly stating that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service. Please do not send a return until you have contacted us.

Condition of returned items

You may inspect an item only as you would in a physical shop. Please return it with its original packaging, accessories and any free gifts. We may reduce the refund if handling beyond what is necessary has reduced the item's value.

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed goods that are not suitable for return may be excluded from change-of-mind returns once their seal has been broken, where permitted by law. This may include opened or used fragrance, cosmetics, testers, samples and decants. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or not as ordered.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Please contact info@scentivo.ie as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs. Where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect, we will provide the remedy required under Irish consumer law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds

Once your return is received and assessed, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method. For a valid cancellation, we will refund the price paid and the standard outbound delivery charge where required by law. Any extra cost for an upgraded delivery method is not refundable. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to show the refund.

Cancellations before dispatch

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, contact us immediately at info@scentivo.ie. We will try to stop dispatch, but this may not always be possible.

Sale items and promotions

Sale or promotional items remain covered by your statutory rights. Any change-of-mind restriction will be clearly stated before purchase and will not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
